The Muladhara chakra (Sanskit: mula = root; adhara= base, support) is located at the base of the spine and is all about our primary needs in life.

Here we learn about the earthly matters like physical health and wellbeing, finances, trust and survival.

This energy center is also described as ''the seat of the soul'' and contains lessons on how to live in a grounded and balanced way on the planet.


Color: Red (3D), platinum (5D)

Mantra: LAM

Element: Earth

Location: Base of the spine

Body: Skeletal system, skin, feet and legs, blood, teeth, pelvic floor, large intestine, rectum, nails

Gland: Adrenal gland

Spiritual support: Archangel Gabriel, Ganesha, Dolphins
