The Manipura Chakra (sanskrit: "Place of shining gem" ) is the center of vitality in the body. Here we are being encouraged to explore our sense of purpose, learn how to establish healthy boundaries and step into our true power.
It is our own personal sun that radiates warmth and comfort and provides our bodies with energy.
The solar plexus chakra is a very sensitive energy center which absorbs and transmutes fear. Therefore it is extremely important to keep it balanced and clean to keep your vibration high and free yourself of fear triggering energies.
