The Throat Chakra

The Vishudda Chakra (sanskrit: "purity"/"purification") is the energy center of truth, expression and authenticity. Located at the base of the throat, it acts as the bridge between the heart and the mind, allowing our soul’s essence to flow outward through the power of sound and spoken word. It teaches us to speak from the heart while honoring the clarity of the mind. It is here that thought becomes vibration and vibration becomes creation.

When the throat chakra is open and balanced, truth flows freely. We feel heard, seen, and supported in our voice. We no longer hide behind silence or noise but instead we embody our unique frequency with courage, integrity and grace.

Here your soul learns to speak.
